Olivier Morin

Olivier Morin is an actor, writer and director.
As an actor, he has taken part in some 50 plays since 2002 (Limbo by Amélie Dallaire, Pif Luisant at the Rideau Vert, Si jamais vous nous écoutez at Denise-Pelletier), and has directed some 20 productions (La grosse noirceur, The King Stinks, Les Secrets de la Vérité, Peer Gynt, Voyage symphonique, Queue Cerise, etc.).
In 2011, he co-founded - with Guillaume Tremblay and Navet Confit - Théâtre du Futur (Le Clone est triste, Épopée Nord, Clotaire Rapaille, l'Opéra Rock, L'Assassinat du Président), a divinatory theater company for which he co-writes hilarious plays as well as directing and acting in them.
On TV, he appeared in the series Discussion avec mes parents, Web thérapie and Série noire. On TV5, he hosted the documentary series Parconaute and Champions du Monde. He was content producer and regular columnist on Culturama for 3 years. He was also a member of the group Otarie for a good ten years, which led him to create humorous songs for the shows PaparaGilles, Infoman, L'heure est grave and the musical themes for the radio shows Près de chez-vous and le plus beau métier du monde.
For 11 years, he was a regular on the radio cabarets Plus on est de fous, plus on lit. His film credits include Xavier Dolan's Tom à la ferme and Les amours imaginaires, and Ricardo Trogi's Guide de la famille parfaite. He has also pursued a career as a painter for some twenty years.
