A writer isolates himself from the world to write freely.
Little by little, the voices and stories swirling around in his head escape, and the characters he invents slip from his pen and come to life before his very eyes.
In the company of Maski, his double, and Madeleine, his strange patient, the writer plunges into the heart of his own creation. The story of little Tinamer de Portanqueu unfolds before them. From the heart of her childhood, Tinamer sets off in search of her own country, towards the Sea of Tranquillities.
To get there, they'll cross the chatty and enchanted saskatoon wood, inhabited by Mr. Northrop and strange creatures of the night. They will navigate the river of childhood until they meet Mithridate, the king of bridges, who will almost plunge them into the depths of the night. They end up on Mont-Thabor to free the luminous Coco, a mute, misunderstood child who paints landscapes. Will they reach the Sea of Tranquillities? One thing's for sure, everyone will emerge from this adventure forever changed.
From 7 years old.
