GSIMTL returns for an even more vibrant third edition with a clear mission: to showcase Francophone slam poetry in the heart of Montreal.
This year, the festival brings together standout slam voices from Montreal and the wider Francophone world, while marking the 20th anniversary of slam in Montreal and Quebec with unique, one-of-a-kind events!
But GSIMTL is more than just a show; it is also a stage for anyone who wants to step up to the mic. Through various qualifying rounds, you can experience the event from the inside and try your hand at performing.
Finalists from these rounds will have the unique opportunity to share the stage with guest artists and perform their work during the grand finals, competing on equal footing for the festival’s top honors.
Finalists will take the stage alongside guest slam artists and have an equal chance of winning top honors during the final rounds!
*Please note that the program is subject to change throughout the festival due to scheduling adjustments or weather conditions.
