Jean-Michel Anctil - Surprise... c’est ma fête!

He returns to the stage in the fall of 2026 to celebrate his 60th birthday in a big way. To mark the occasion, he will present a brand-new show, limited to just 60 performances, to celebrate, laugh, and reconnect.

After several years away from the solo stage, Jean-Michel returns with a true event show built around the theme of celebration. Not an ordinary tour. A limited series. A bold and joyful celebration.

On the program: brand-new material, revisited fan-favourite bits, and the return of beloved characters such as Râteau and Priscillia, who left their mark on an entire generation. With the experience, freedom, and perspective of 60 years, he reflects on the passage of time, life and its surprises—always with his signature style: funny, human, and deeply touching.

And because a 60th birthday deserves a grand celebration, each performance will feature a surprise. A mystery guest unexpectedly joins him on stage mid-show. Different artists will appear throughout the run, creating unique, sometimes unpredictable moments.

SURPRISE… It’s My Birthday! An evening full of twists and turns where Jean-Michel will have complete creative freedom to indulge himself and share this special moment with the audience who has always supported him—he who has surpassed the milestone of one million spectators over his career.

A radiant return. 60 performances only. After that, it will be too late.
