With this explosive, visceral show, La Otra Orilla wipes the slate clean and returns to the essence, the foundations of flamenco art.
Rite is the symbiosis of body, voice, guitar and percussion of four artists at their best: Myriam Allard, Hedi Graja, Caroline Planté and Miguel Medina. It's an intimate conversation in which each artist speaks for himself, while at the same time carrying the word of the other.
Rite is the harshness, strength and subjugating beauty of a ritual in which audience and artists enter into communion: a chord of hearts, breaths and souls, flamenco when it touches the sacred.
