Ligue d'improvisation musicale de Québec - Match Jaunes vs Rouges

The league offers shows where music always takes center stage, presented with a theatrical approach. The hosts' absurd and intelligent humor, the referee's bad temper, and the unusual encounter of musicians from various professional scenes in the region provide a framework and decorum to the entire show, transforming this friendly competition into an almost sporting contest. A referee proposes themes with a specific title and category, which must be performed within a limited time with a given number of players. After a brief period of reflection, the team members either compete or join forces to create a spontaneous musical work. At the end of each improvisation, the audience is invited to vote for the team they believe is the most deserving. An interactive event blending virtuosity and humor.
