Waahli
Waahli offers alternative hip-hop that takes us to the four corners of the world.
Performed in English, French and Haitian Creole, his songs are a fusion of catchy rhythms at the crossroads of rap, afro-beat, reggae and Haitian funk, a true tribute to Haitian culture.
With his ancestral rhythms, his breath-taking beatboxing demonstrations and his sharp words, Waahli addresses themes such as solidarity within the Haitian diaspora in Montreal, human relations, but also the celebration of his career, the importance of listening to yourself and following your own intuition.
On stage, the singer likes to interact with his audience. His music brings together with insolence and generosity advocating a vision of the world in all its diversity.
